The Downside of Multitasking – the invisible form of chaos

With the revolution of technology, people can easily be connected with intelligent electronic devices which can do Multitasking. Contacting these powered devices for a long time makes people think that they can also multitask. It’s not too hard to catch a picture of people texting while listening to music, talking while using the phone, eating while working on a desk, and sometimes checking the news on social media at the same time.

But in reality, human brains can’t be Multitasking. When people jump from this task to other tasks, our brains have to take a lot of energy and stress from the cerebral hemispheres’ energy transfer. Time by time leads to problems like high energy cost, memory decline, hard to focus, and emotional disorder. There is a group of rebellious young people who can’t control their thoughts. They’re constantly distracted by a lot of thinking and electronic devices around them, then find it hard to stop thinking and keep their focus straight while working, studying, and sleeping.
