Before, when I had not been exposed to and deeply understood in the field of UI / UX, I thought that my design must above all be eye-catching, beautiful and attractive to viewers. However, after a long process of exposure, I have changed my major and concluded that design is not only a subject of art, but also a subject of science. solutions and answers to everyday problems people face. A good design needs to create good usability experiences that serve life usefully, and ultimately it must satisfy both in terms of aesthetics and functionality, usability and performance. From there, I came up with the idea to create a mobile application MYOKO to support children with mental retardation.
Entering the interface design stage, at this stage, it is extremely important to continuously interact and consult with supportive teachers as well as learn about games that attract children because if we cannot make the children and parents understand the design, that is, I went wrong and I did not achieve the first goal needed: Easy to understand, easy to use.
Each game will correspond to each skill to improve for your baby. Besides the game character Momo, parents will also be the companions with the baby to overcome each game table. These activities will help parents have the basic curriculum to support their children at home.
